This really is a must read book. It started me on my way to healing. I was not feeling well for over a year, had digestive and allergy-type issues. Doctors just ordered nose sprays and helped me not at all. The digestive issues plagued me for years. I gave this a try and am hugely grateful! My digestion is over 100% better! This book  set me on the right path and gave me inspiration to eat in a way that heals.

Though it was chocked full of information, the book was presented well so you didn’t get overwhelmed.  The author did a wonderful job explaining the hows and whys and giving you the resources to succeed.  If you are looking to change your diet so you will feel better, than this book is for you!

        I have been moving toward a full paleo eating style for the past year and a half and I literally own every “paleo” cookbook available.  I wish I had this cookbook when I was just getting started. It is the very best of my whole collection — and that is saying something because I really enjoy a couple of the others. Paleo Eats is  chock full of deliciousness. Every recipe WORKS. It turns out as described and wows my family. I have never before cooked every recipe in a cookbook. I am committing that I will be making every single recipe in this book before the end of 2015.  The author’s writing style is authentic and engaging, and the information she shares is fresh and useful (did I mention fun and edgy as well?). I will be buying multiple copies so I can gift them to some very lucky people.

          I have bought so many gluten free cookbooks and have had terrible results. But this book is very easy to follow. The author explains everything and makes it seem so easy to live gluten-free following her tips, recommendations, and recipes.  You get plenty of options and ideas for some very tasty meals.  Tammy is witty, smart and clever while she is being informative.  She understands that people don’t want to eat gluten-free foods that taste and smelly yucky. She understands that people want to be able to cook this way without a hassle, not to mention the cost of baking gluten-free! I recommend this book to everyone that needs to be on a gluten-free diet. Don’t waste your money on any other cookbook!
