Review

This really is a must read book. It started me on my way to healing. I was not feeling well for over a year, had digestive and allergy-type issues. Doctors just ordered nose sprays and helped me not at all. The digestive issues plagued me for years. I gave this a try and am hugely grateful! My digestion is over 100% better! This book  set me on the right path and gave me inspiration to eat in a way that heals.

Though it was chocked full of information, the book was presented well so you didn’t get overwhelmed.  The author did a wonderful job explaining the hows and whys and giving you the resources to succeed.  If you are looking to change your diet so you will feel better, than this book is for you!

    While I am not an expert in the garden by any means, I do love my summer planting and was thrilled with this book!  I plant tomatoes every year with varying degrees of success.  And I’m not alone. Tomatoes are America’s favorite fruit, and the one most likely to be in a home garden. However, disease, pests, soil issues, and watering errors often nip our homegrown harvest in the bud. This book details how to pick the right variety, start from seed, plant, stake, cage, deal with pests and disease, practice “basic keeping-alive skills” and harvest the bounty.  It is full of pictures so you can see how the plants are supposed to look and it is written to the novice, so it is easy to understand and follow instructions.  I highly recommend it!

      This is a very informative book for those who are trying to improve their health and/or lose weight.  If you’ve never tried smoothies before, this book is good for beginners as it gradually teaches you to add different fruits, veggies, proteins, and many other healthy products to your smoothies.  The recipes show you how to incorporate arugula, kale, collards, other greens and make digestible, nutrient filled and tasty smoothies that can add buckets of vegetables with all their vitamins, minerals and antioxidants to your daily diet.  This book truly does offer something for everyone. Whether you are looking for recipes to support you in weight loss, energy boosting, or overall healthiness, you will find the recipes for you.         This is a good book – full of great juicing tips and interesting recipes. Juicing is not easy. It takes a lot of time, so you need to get some inspiration. This book serves the purpose. It covers different aspects of improving your health through green juicing. I recommend it for all enthusiasts of healthy living.  I won’t lie and say every juice tastes like heaven the first time as it takes some adjustment when you are used to everything being full of sugar. Your body will thank you in ways you cannot imagine. I would recommend this book.
